Repositioning a Century-Old Brand for a New Generation…
Frasers of Ellon, a family-run furniture and homeware retailer with 100 years of history, approached us to refresh their brand and help them connect with a new generation of customers across the North East of Scotland. With a dynamic new leadership team in place, they needed a bold identity and marketing approach to stand out from both local independents and national chains.
We focused on what made Frasers unique: standout customer service, quality products and reliable delivery. From this, we developed a new brand identity and rolled it out across their showroom, vehicle livery, digital platforms — and through a full campaign suite including animated TV adverts, radio spots and digital marketing.
The results have been striking. Despite a drop in footfall during COVID, Frasers has seen a significant rise in sales and now competes confidently with their peers, while retaining the trust of their loyal customer base.
